AMERICAN CROWN CIRCUS ENTERTAINMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the ticket purchaser and American Crown Circus. Completion of a purchase and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall serve as the equivalent of a digital signature and indicate your agreement to be bound by these terms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, cancellations, charge reversals, exchanges, or credits are permitted once an order has been processed.
In the event that a performance is cancelled by American Crown Circus Entertainment, refunds will be issued for the ticket purchase price only. Any convenience, processing, service, or transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If you experience an issue at an event operated by American Crown Circus Entertainment, you must submit a written inquiry to American Crown Circus Entertainment within one (1) business day following the originally scheduled event date. Failure to do so shall constitute a waiver of any claim or request for consideration. Submission of a complaint or request does not guarantee that a refund or accommodation will be granted.
Tickets and other items purchased from American Crown Circus Entertainment may not be exchanged for different products, transferred for credit, or redeemed for cash value.
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
Accidental purchases or duplicate purchases.
Failure to clear items from a shopping cart.
Unauthorized use of a card by family members or third parties.
Scheduling conflicts.
Family emergencies or medical emergencies.
Inclement weather or natural disasters.
Long wait times or delays at the venue.
Failure to attend the event.
Personal dissatisfaction with seating, performance order, or event duration.
All personnel, representatives, employees, contractors, security staff, and agents of American Crown Circus Entertainment reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises at their sole discretion. In such cases, no refund or compensation shall be provided.
Venue locations, performers, acts, schedules, seating arrangements, and talent appearances are subject to change without notice and shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
American Crown Circus Entertainment is not responsible for promises, representations, giveaways, promotions, or offers made by third-party promoters, sponsors, influencers, affiliates, or vendors. Any unfulfilled representations made by such parties shall not be considered grounds for a refund or compensation.
Any dispute arising from the purchase of tickets or attendance at an event presented by American Crown Circus Entertainment shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the event is held.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and understand that acceptance of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement with American Crown Circus Entertainment.
American Crown Circus does not assume liability for damages as a result to the use of any service, product or any material found within this web site. This may include but is not limited to the use of the website system, any content or demonstrations accessed via this web site or any other site to which the web site may be linked to. We reserve the right to modify any material within this web site including but not limited to: product/ and service descriptions at any time without notice. If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. Anything promised by the promoter that is unfulfilled is not guaranteed by the seller and is not grounds for a refund.
